Pre-Heat oven to 180’C and line muffin tin or lightly grease silicon muffin tray.
In a large bowl, add eggs, maple syrup or honey, olive oil and vanilla. Mix well to combine using a whisk. Add in cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt and wholemeal flour. Make sure all combined, be careful not to over mix.
Add Aussie Frozen Fruit Blueberries and stir in gently.
Scoop into prepared muffin trays, filling to 3/4 mark.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes and check once cooked with a skewer. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes in tin and then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy!
