Frozen fruit is absolutely perfect for ice-cold smoothies. This one is berry delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Aussie Frozen Fruit Mixed Berries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1.25 cups Coconut Water or Apple Juice or Almond Milk or Milk

Extras

  • 1 scoop Chia seeds, almond butter or protein powder for extra healthiness!

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  • Top with frozen berries and enjoy!
