Aussie Mango Smoothie Bowl
Fresh, fruit and packed with the taste of summer, this is one smoothie bowl you need to start making!
- 1 cup Aussie Frozen Fruit Mangoes plus extra for topping
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 2 tbsp greek Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 drizzle of honey
- 1 tbsp muesli
- Combine all ingredients except for the toppings in a blender. Blend until completely smooth, the mixture should be very thick. Add a touch more liquid if necessary to get it to blend completely smooth if needed.
- Serve in a bowl and top with coconut flakes, honey, muesli and Aussie Frozen Fruit Mango pieces.
