Baked Oats with Mixed Berries
- 1/2 cup Australian Rolled Oats
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup Aussie Frozen Fruit Mixed Berries
- Lightly grease two ramekins and pre-heat oven to 180'.
- Add oats, banana, egg, maple syrup, baking powder and salt to blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour batter in to the ramekins and top with the frozen Mixed Berries.
- Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy once cooled slightly.
