Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Aussie Frozen Fruit Blueberries plus extra for topping
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp Blue Spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp toasted muesli
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen blueberries, frozen banana, coconut water and blue Spirulina powder to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. 
  • Serve in a bowl and top with muesli, coconut and extra blueberries. Enjoy!
