
Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup Aussie Frozen Fruit Blueberries plus extra for topping
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup coconut water or milk of your choice
- 1 tsp Blue Spirulina powder
- 1 tbsp toasted muesli
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions
- Add frozen blueberries, frozen banana, coconut water and blue Spirulina powder to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a bowl and top with muesli, coconut and extra blueberries. Enjoy!
