Mix together the milk and vinegar and set aside.
In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Add to the bowl 1 egg, melted butter and milk mixture and whisk until combine. Stir through Mixed Berries and set aside.
Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium heat and add a touch of butter to coat the pan.
Using a measuring cup or ladle, add around 1/3 cup to the hot pan and cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Repeat until all the batter has been used.
Serve with a berry coulis, maple syrup or ice-cream. Enjoy!
