Pineapple coconut baked oats

Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup Aussie Frozen Fruit Pineapples
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180'C.
- Combine oats, brown sugar, salt and baking powder. Beat eggs, butter, yoghurt, milk and vanilla together using a whisk or fork. Stir wet ingredients into the dry until well combined. Add in pineapple and coconut.
- Pour into a greased square baking dish. Bake at 180'C for 35-40 mins.
- Remove from oven and let cool 5-10 mins before serving.
