Baked Pineapple Oats

Pineapple coconut baked oats

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup Aussie Frozen Fruit Pineapples
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180'C.
  • Combine oats, brown sugar, salt and baking powder. Beat eggs, butter, yoghurt, milk and vanilla together using a whisk or fork. Stir wet ingredients into the dry until well combined. Add in pineapple and coconut.
  • Pour into a greased square baking dish. Bake at 180'C for 35-40 mins.
  • Remove from oven and let cool 5-10 mins before serving.
