- 1 1/2 cup calcium fortified almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup Aussie Frozen Fruit Pineapple
- 1/2 small orange, peeled
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/4 tsp ground tumeric
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes plus extra for topping
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until well combined.
- Serve in a tall glass topped with extra toasted coconut flakes.
- For a flavour alternative, replace frozen banana with ½ cup Aussie Frozen Fruit Mango
- If preferred, replace turmeric with ground cinnamon
