Sunshine Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cup calcium fortified almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup Aussie Frozen Fruit Pineapple
  • 1/2 small orange, peeled
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp ground tumeric
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes plus extra for topping


  • Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until well combined.
  • Serve in a tall glass topped with extra toasted coconut flakes.


  • For a flavour alternative, replace frozen banana with ½ cup Aussie Frozen Fruit Mango
  • If preferred, replace turmeric with ground cinnamon
