Baked Oats with Mixed Berries

  • Blender


  • 1/2 cup Australian Rolled Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Aussie Frozen Fruit Mixed Berries


  • Lightly grease two ramekins and pre-heat oven to 180'.
  • Add oats, banana, egg, maple syrup, baking powder and salt to blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour batter in to the ramekins and top with the frozen Mixed Berries.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy once cooled slightly.
